Gwenny Setiadi
A seasoned professional with more than 30 years of cross-functional leadership experience, bringing a unique blend of expertise in Human Resources Development, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing.
Her career includes leadership roles as Human Resources Director at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk and 13 years within MNC Group, along with a decade at Citibank across multiple business functions. She also gained B2B sales experience with DHL and Japfa. In 2021, she founded Antegra Consulting, specializing in people management and organizational development.
A passionate soccer enthusiast, she has also been a loyal Chelsea fan for over 20 years.
Bona Erwin
With over 30 years of experience across business operations, digital transformation, consulting, and event management, he has built a diverse career across various industries.
His professional journey includes leadership roles at DHL, Citibank, Standard Chartered, MNC Media, Link Net, HayGroup, Schneider Electric, RGF Executive Search, IXI Sports, and Semut Production, where he was involved in event organizer and multimedia projects. Joined Antegra Consulting in 2026 as Managing Partner.
Beyond his professional career, he is passionate about photography, community building, and sports initiatives.
Yulianti Hadileksono
Having dedicated her entire 26-year career to MNC Group, holding diverse leadership roles across the organization. Starting in Customer Relations & Quality Assurance in at Infokom, she later served as General Manager of Human Resources for Indovision (pay TV) and leading free-to-air TV networks including RCTI, MNCTV, GTV, and iNews TV. Joined Antegra Consulting in 2023 as Partner.
Recognize for her expertise in organizational strategy and people management, she is known as a passionate leader who earned the cherished title of “the best mom ever” from her teams.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading books and travelling with the family.
Ritha Nakula
An experienced HR professional with over 30 years of experience managing HR functions in various industries, including automotive (Astra International), manufacturing (Gunung Sewu Group), telco (Mobile-8), media/e-commerce/OTT (MNC Group).
She has worked closely with all levels of management, have experience in developing and re-engineering HR functions. Additionally, as the Certified Executive Coach and have worked as a career and life coach for education institutions, government bodies and oil companies. Joined Antegra Consulting in 2023 as Partner
She enjoys cooking and travelling with her family.
Reni Septiyana Rudiono
Reni is an experienced corporate administration and management professional with a background in executive secretarial support, finance-related administration, corporate coordination, and organizational operations.
With professional experience within the MNC Group and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitas Mercu Buana, she brings a structured, detail-oriented, and systematic approach to administrative management and operational support.
At Antegra Consulting, she contributes to strengthening administrative processes, coordination, documentation, and operational effectiveness, supporting the firm's consultants and overall business activities.
